Pinchflat Art Blowout

Pinchflat Art Blowout

I bought my first road bike back in 2004. I needed a new sport and admittedly was fascinated by the Tour de France and its most famous poster-child (you know who I’m talking about).

It was also how I met my husband. We had a mutual love of riding, and it consumed our lives before we decided to start a family.

We don’t get out as much as we used to, but as the kids get older hope to share with them the love of bike riding. The wind in your face, ease on the joints, the joy of throwing back your worries and simply riding off into a dream state.

This bicycle-inspired poster art was part of the Pinchflat Art Blowout installation Columbus puts on annually.

Holiday Coaster Art

Holiday Coaster Art

As a way of extending the holiday cheer, and thank clients for supporting my business ventures, I decided to get a little bit craftin’ crazy and pull out the sewing machine and sparkly ribbon. These were festive letterpress ornaments with lighthearted, typographic holiday expressions to inspire the mind and light up the mood.

Perfect for hanging from the refrigerator, bulletin board, fireplace or tree. My dear thanks to Allison, of Igloo Letterpress, who lended her expert letterpress talent in providing that extra-special hand-cranked touch.
